I was not satisfied with the product and when I contacted them about a refund they said because it was a customized order and they could not sell it to someone else they would not be able to give me a refund the material of the plastic is fine I did not like how my photo come out and for the price I thought they could have either redid it by letting me reload another picture because they picture is just a sticker that they put on the plastic I will put an image of the back of the ornament just so everyone can see what I'm talking about of it just being a sticker
