We ordered these for our 20th annual family vacation. First, I ordered 2 “test shirts” to check sizing and quality. These are very good quality shirts, sizes are consistent with good US companies and after a warm water wash & dry they had not noticeably shrunk. Ordered 12 more and everyone customized themselves - only criticism is that there are fewer color options for the men’s avatar clothing (bizarre but true - just give both genders all the choices!).
Overall everyone was very happy, and we all have a souvenir from the best vacation yet! But be sure to order 3-4 weeks in advance to avoid the need for expedited shipping.
2 things the company could do better:
1-Even though I created an account, it would not save my cart more than 2 days. So I had to re-create my order several times (before it disappeared again) while waiting for someone to “ok” their likeness. Super time consuming and frustrating!
2-Fix the order screen so that multiples of all shirt types and sizes can be ordered at the same time. Our group needed 9 variations of size & style (men vs women vs child vs tank) and it took me FOREVER to cycle thru to get them all ordered. If it hadn’t been the 20th I would have just said forget it, what a time consuming pain! Worth it in the end, but just be prepared!
