I purchased the plaque for my mother for Mother's Day. I love that you can personalize the item and that it will be uniquely for her. The service is wonderful. It’s cute, my mom loved it, but it was for Mother’s Day. They created the label, and only shipped it a day later of Mother’s Day . I tried to get in touch in with them before, to understand why the label was created 5 days before and it hadn’t gotten delivered yet. They said they had shipped already, but then I checked with the company and it was actually shipped 2 days after I messaged them.
