Customer service is amazing and fast and so nice. 1st one had a bit of a defect (no fault of anyone) so I reached out and they sent a new one right away and it was perfect. I cannot say enough about how great they were. So sorry it took so long to write this review but I felt I had to once I remembered as they were that great ♡
My mother hung it on the door of her officer because she loved it so much. I only have a close up of the one that had a defect but as you can see it's so beautiful. I love all the options it gives to personalize. It looks just like us.
