    Great product, Took to long to receive.

    I ordered this item for a family member on June 6th. I did not receive the item until July, which was well after the event I needed it for. I asked for a refund and purchased another gift. However, they didn't refund my money and insisted on shipping it to me anyway. I will not order any additional products from this company. I now have a personalized gift that I can't use. I ordered another insukat d tumbler from another company and received that within 7 business days. Beware of shipping dates. Apparently ordering a month in advance is not sufficient.
