Shipping nightmare

Takes at least twice as long to arrive than what the website will tell you. No option to speak with someone - all communication thru email, While the company did respond to my inquiry, it was a pretty generic response of give it a few more days. The item was delivered, but about a week later than anticipated. Given this was for the loss of our friend’s dog, we would of preferred they received sooner rather than later.
