We lost our parents far too soon. Saw this and knew I had to buy one for my brother and myself. My only wish was to have more hair selections. Joey's is almost perfect but a tad too short. My dad's was hard. He still had dark hair but shaved it often - something he started doing on one of our trips to the Maldives (the scuba instructor said it was ideal to keep hair from interfering with the mask 😀). Other than that, these are AWESOME!
Omg…I love how this turned out. These ladies are my best friends since middle school and we lost one just before Thanksgiving. We are so broken without her and I wanted this for the four remaining. My friends have not yet received theirs but I hope they live it as much as I do.
So my papa pasted away March 1st, 2021, two days shy of his 66th birthday, from Covid after fighting the hardest I’ve ever seen him fight for 38 days in a hospital bed. Him & my grandma had been married for 45 years before he passed & got married in the living room of her parents (now theirs & where I live) house in front of the fire place in the living room. He was all she has ever known & the only man she ever loved. The two of them, literally were the glue that kept our family together so him passing, damn near broke us. In more ways than just emotionally. I wanted to do something special for everyone for Christmas this year & googled “custom made memory ornaments” & happened to come across this website. Decided to play around with it & see if I couldn’t make something that I knew everyone would love, and lo & behold, I was able to design my entire family’s favorite Christmas ornaments. I was able to put everyone from my cousin & her husband, my aunt & her husband, my mom, myself, my two brothers, grandma, AND papa all on one a& I even got to pick the saying at the top of the ornament. You can customize each person from body build, to hair length/color/style, all the way down to what clothes they wear & putting wings on whomever has passed. When they arrived in the mail & I got to open it up & see them in person, I started crying from how god they looked & how well made they were. Only thing I will say, is I wish there was an option to change the age of the people being added. (One of my brothers is 3 yrs old & I had to make it where he was grown on the ornament because there was no option to change it). Other than that, 100000/10 recommend if you’re looking for that special gift to always have with them in it. This website was honestly the best thing I could have found trying to find a way to do this
