+ Hand wash only with water below 50°C (122°F).
+ Store in a cool, dry place to help prevent warping. Keep away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
+ Step 1: Roll the dough to approximately 6 mm (1/4 inch) thick.
Pro Tip: Chill the dough for about 30 minutes before rolling, or lightly dust it with flour to help prevent sticking.
+ Step 2: Press the stamp (embosser) firmly into the dough.
+ Step 3: Position the cutter around the stamped design.
+ Step 4: Remove the stamp, then press the cutter down to cut through the dough.
+ Step 5: Remove the excess dough and bake according to your cookie recipe. A typical guideline is 180°C (350°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes.
