Cute Idea, design needs some work

I ordered this item twice. The first time it arrived, the "E" had broken off in transit. Customer Service was quick to send me a replacement - no trouble at all! The second one arrived in tact and was gifted to a friend. I was later advised that they had hung it on the window, it had fallen, and the "E" broke off and they had to superglue it back on. I like it, I think it's cute, I'll definitely order more from this site but I think the design of this item needs reviewed to make the "E" sturdier.
