These memory ornaments are well loved by those I am sending too. I have ordered 8 for myself and many others for friends.
The second (replacement), ornament is beautiful; it depicts my family to a key and my sister loves it. She received it after Christmas because even though my purchased of two ornaments arrived to me, and were exactly the same, one was for my sister in California. So on December 16, 2023, I sent one to her for a Christmas present. Long story short, she never received it, and as of today, I await my local Post Office refund of that ornament for losing my package. Knowing that my sister would not have a Christmas present, I quickly ordered another ornament for her, on Dec 21, she received the ornament long after Christmas, around Jan 12th.
My sister commented that it was very unusual and very true to life- it made her cry because of the memory incapsulated by showing our passed on relatives: our dad & Mom, and brother. I had the same response when I received my ornament. Thank you for a wonderful product for everlasting memory.
Got this for my wife for Christmas...she absolutely loved it! When she showed a picture to her brothers, they wanted ones also, so I ended up ordering two more for them as well. They recently lost both parents in a short period of time...so this meant a lot to them.

I ordered this ornament for myself. I am number six of seven siblings.. some of us have passed away, and some of us on that as close as we used to be because of it. This ornament reminds me of the good times something that should never be forgotten. It is nicely done and everyone that has seen it is in agreement! They all want one for themselves.
I ordered one with my five siblings on it and it came out perfect. Nothing was wrong with it at all. I love the way you can select the hair color, style and length of hair. They even had the option of bald which my brother is. The sweater selection was awesome. I loved it so much I ordered two more for ours dad's who had passed away. Everyone loved them.
This ornament arrived exactly how I pictured it to be. I’m very pleased with it and how easy it was to make. The choices for everything were excellent.
