I really like this website, and the ability to customize each gift. I was initially frustrated when I completed my purchase, because I couldn’t tell what I had ordered. I saw a generic picture of a coffee mug with a totally different saying on it than the one I wanted. An email to customer service quickly put me at ease. They sent a picture of what I had ordered, and assured me that everything was being prepared as I had specified. When I received the coffee mugs, they were perfect! I ended up buying 2 mugs because I liked them so much. I couldn’t be happier, and will use this company again.
