Love the mug, photo is crisp and perfectly placed, and lettering exactly how it appeared in the proof. While the mug is not as sturdy as I’d like it to be it’s ok as I will not be using it to drink I use it as a pen and pencil holder on my desk…and I love it. Cannot comment on durability either as I’ll never put it in the dishwasher, only hand wash. Overall very pleased with the customization and would definitely purchase again. Only gripe is I wish they allowed for more customization of the script as well as the photo, that might not be quite as cost effective but I believe the number of orders would offset the extra time due to the increased customizable options.
