There are negative reviews on here, but I give a 5 star for the items received. I was not sure the items would arrive? Took longer than expected. Maybe 3ish weeks. I basically wrote it off. Then low and behold they received their items and brought them to tears in a good way. I ordered the pet ornaments memorial. They looked just like all their pets and them as well. Knowing it takes longer than expected I'll take that into consideration when ordering. I read many reviews after not receiving in a reasonable time. They were worth the wait had I known it just takes time. They looked as stated and were packaged perfectly. They were unique and a great comfort to recipient. We received exact items ordered. Thank you!

It's to small can't read the captions .They made it look bigger than it is. You should make the same thing only larger
Our family 16 year old dog recently passed away. She is really over the rainbow bridge with wings and this ornament is so so special. Love it!
