I love the idea of this cup, which is why I purchased it. Based on the image showing 2 mugs, that's what I thought I was getting. Going off the price you'd think there are 2 mugs as well, there isn't.

My cup came with a broken lid and I emailed them again and they sent me a new one. Overall I loved the cup and had great customer service.
