I had issues getting the email confirmation, but the customer service toke care over messenger by sending me updates. My husband loved his gift, and it was a hit with everyone who saw it too.

I ordered this for my honeys first Father’s Day he couldn’t get through the first paragraph before the tears were welling up in his eyes. It’s beautiful and priceless. You’ve got quality and timeless gifts that are received in a timely manner and packaged very well.
The only thing I’d say is the words can be hard to read if you don’t have a solid background.

It took over 2 weeks for it to arrive, but I think my main concern was how small it is. It’s cute and thoughtful, but very small. I have it standing in the living room, but nobody can see it. The words are small too. Otherwise, it’s nice.
