Images on mug are grainy, low quality

I do not recommend this company. The images shown online depict a clear, crisp image with properly outlined and delineated subjects. Both mugs I received have low quality, grainy images. The subjects blur into the background as no clear outline of subjects. Not worth the money at all, especially with the exchange to Canada. Customer service has not been responsive either. They replied initially and it’s not been over a week and they haven’t replied. One of these was for a gift so back to the drawing board now. I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company if I cannot get a reply from customer service soon.

My sister and I both ordered from this site without knowing it and on Christmas Day we realized we picked out similar images. I ordered the mug and she ordered the ornament. They are beautiful keepsakes!

Perfect Christmas Gift!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my friend. I was a bit hesitant because I had never heard of this website before and after reading some reviews about people receiving damaged products, or just not receiving anything at all I was a bit worried I might experience the same issues, but I’m so glad it went through with my purchase! It arrived very quickly (I live in Canada) and the packaging was great. It was not damaged and it looked amazing (exactly like the preview photos). I’m very happy with my purchase, it made a great Christmas gift for my friend, she loved it!
